Farewell to Rome - Gala dinner venues
Experience a memorable dinner in a monumental structure
that was once one of the most important constructions
of the Roman Empire. Loved by all the emperors. It was
owned by Julius Caesar before being bought by
Caio Crispus Sallustius, and later on became
part of the imperial property.
The position of this monumental structure, relatively
far from the chaotic city life, but sufficiently close
to the centers of political life, induced the emperors
to choose it as a temporary residence, as an alternate
to the official residence on the Palatino hilltop.
